Global Kids Protection Act

The Global Kids Protection act is the abolition of all forms of violence and abuse against children. The act can be implemented in every constitution worldwide. Countries can adopt the Global Kids Protection Act to really change the narrative regarding the safety and future of children in their country.

Countries that adopt the GKPA in their constitutions are required to adopt the GKPA principles in their Law & Regulations. If countries are already compliant with the GKPA principles they are also shown on the map.

  • The Green colored countries on the map are compliant with the Global Kids Protection Act (GKPA)
  • The Orange are partially compliant with the GKPA
  • The Red are not compliant with the GKPA
  • The Grey are under review

GKPA & the UN

GKPA supports the UN “Convention on the Rights of the Child” by collecting and aligning data reports worldwide and stimulating countries to implement the Convention.
